I would like to know if the informal food producers (do I understand correctly that they could be legally registered, but if they hire less than 7 people that makes them informal?) are in any way organised in labour movements/unions etc. that lobby for their interests - for example for state subsidies for short food miles or organic produce etc? Sorry, those seem to be two questions, not one :) If no, why not? Is collective economic activity more difficult for more disadvantaged economic actors?
