Thank you for the interesting presentation! Having the viewpoints from a municipal enterprise (Sofproect) and a civil initiative (yourselves) on the the process of creating the map is fascinating and I think it brings additional value to our virtual conference. Can you please elaborate further a couple of issues you did not have time to go deeper into:
(1) Can you specify what transactional costs you have had as a network/organisation, as well as the other stakeholders that participated in the process of creating and developing the map?
(2) The map adheres to the existing rules and regulations that need to be observed for urban agriculture to "fit" in the urban space of the capital as it is planned at the moment. You state that there is a need for "additional rules" for regulating UA. Does this imply UA rules are needed only as further details to the existing regulatory framework or do you think there are parts/texts of the existing regulatory framework that (could) hinder the development of UA in Sofia and need to be changed? If the latter is true, which are they?
